About Me
The earliest stories of my childhood involve food, from picking wild blueberries in Finland and making mustikkapiirakka (blueberry pie) with my grandmother, to endless searches for the perfect pain au chocolat on family holidays in France.
On leaving school, I decided to pursue a career in the art world, but my love of food continued and led me to enrol in a Cordon Bleu Course at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, where I was trained in a more formal style of cooking and decided to pursue cooking as a full time career.
Based in London but happy to travel further afield, I work as a chef, preparing delicious meals for private and corporate clients on site or as a delivery.
The food that I cook is influenced by my family, friends, well-known chefs, memorable restaurants, cafes and my travels abroad. Some of my favourite chefs include Yotam Ottolenghi, Melissa Hemsley, Sabrina Ghayour and Diana Henry. I like to create plates of food that are made for sharing, packed full of flavour, seasonal and made with high quality ingredients.
